By signing and submitting this application, the applicant affirms they are:

1. A legal and qualified registered voter as prescribed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia;

2. At least 18 but not yet 41 years of age;

3. Not a member of another Young Republican club;

4. In accordance with the principles of the Republican party; 

5. Either a primary resident of the City of Lynchburg or the counties of Amherst, Bedford, or Campbell; and,

6. Submitting or have submitted $35.00 with this application, payable to the Hill City Young Republicans. Auxiliary Membership is $20.00 (for those who are over 41; students, interns, apprentices, or similar programs).
